Pakistan - the Second Door

Blog series: One Place of Service That Opened Up the Whole World
In this four-part series, I tell how God led me step by step from "The Wedding of the Lamb" to Israel, Pakistan, and eventually also to the birth of Living Faith.

PAKISTAN - the Second Door
In the previous post, I shared how Israel became the first door on the journey to the heart of my calling. Looking back, however, it turned out that God had already begun opening the door to Pakistan even before my trip to Israel—I just didn't know it yet.
In June 2025, Finland and Helsinki hosted the World Pentecostal Conference. According to what I read, around 8,000 people from a total of 97 countries attended the conference. I was there representing the work of The Wedding of the Lamb Association. In Finland, the association is better known by its Finnish name, Karitsan häät.
The "Invitation to the Wedding of the Lamb" Works — Even in Unexpected Ways!
One day during the conference, a Pakistani female evangelist stopped by my display table with her young daughter. She was especially interested in the Wedding of the Lamb invitation card, and we spent some time talking about the work of the association.
Finally, she asked me, "If I invited you to Pakistan to teach in our churches, would you come?"
Smiling, I replied, "Of course—if God makes a way."
I took the question as little more than a polite conversation. I never imagined that anything would come of it — least of all that I would actually find myself in Pakistan just six months later...
The Invitation Was Extended Again
After my trip to Israel in October, the same evangelist contacted me again.
She asked me the same question: would I be interested in coming to Pakistan in connection with the Wedding of the Lamb invitation card ministry?
I was completely convinced that the invitation came from God. That second conversation led to me traveling to Pakistan just a couple of months later.
God Had Prepared Everything in Advance
In the previous post, I shared how I wondered why I was in Israel in the first place. Soon after the trip, I understood why—it hadn't been just a trip to Israel.
When the invitation to Pakistan came again, the practical requirements for going were already in place in a way I had never planned myself.
Through the trip to Israel, God had also been preparing the next step. When the invitation to Pakistan came a second time, I was able to say yes. The Lord had arranged everything so that I didn't have to wonder whether going would even be possible.
Only afterward did I realize that He had been preparing this season for a long time.
The Same "Common Thread"
When I look back on these events, I can see one detail running through them all: the Invitation Card to the Wedding of the Lamb.
That's why I ended up with the Wedding of the Lamb Association.
That's why I met Evangelist Zainee.
That's why I ordered the Hebrew invitation cards for Israel.
That's why I found myself from Israel.
That's why I was invited to Pakistan.
And it was through that very same invitation card that I first met Zainee, a Pakistani evangelist. Without that small invitation card, we might never have met.
God used something very small to open a door I would never have known to look for myself.

The Trip to Pakistan
In January 2026, I traveled to Pakistan on a two-week preaching trip.
I set out with an open heart, not knowing what God was really about to do.
I thought I was going on a single mission trip. In reality, I was stepping into the very heart of my calling.
God's Guidance
God's guidance is a remarkable thing. Just when we think we've begun to understand it, He gently reminds us that it isn't quite like that.
For Him, there is not just one layer of time or one reality in which He works. He is completely sovereign, unrestricted by the limitations that constrain us.
I believe we will be greatly surprised when we one day step into our heavenly home. There, everything will become clear to us as well.
The truth is that He is at work in our lives in ways we cannot see. It wasn't until I surrendered to His plan that He stepped on the gas.
Only much later did I realize which steps in my past had led me to where I am today. All along, God had been carrying out His plan without my knowing it, and one by one, those hidden pieces became visible in real and tangible ways.
If you remember, it all began with a dream I had in the spring of 2023. That dream set in motion a chain of events that is still unfolding today.
The next post concludes this four-part series, One Ministry Opportunity That Opened Up the Whole World. In it, I'll share a little more about my trip to Pakistan, because it was there that I truly began to understand what God had been building all along.
